How do we create you the perfect logo to represent you and your brand?

Our unique online briefing process allows us to gain all the essential information we need from you in a timely manner so that we make the best logo for your business - every time.

Also, having a customer support team available five days a week means that we are able to keep you in the loop every step of the way!


Who, What, Why, When, Where? We’re a nosey bunch. We want to know as much about your brand as possible. We’ll soon get an idea of the real message you want your logo to convey and our online briefing process makes this initial fact finding mission a breeze. Armed with this information it’s nearly always possible that our designers get it right the first time.


Once the briefing is received out team of expert graphic designers get straight to work in designing your very first concepts. You can sit back and relax knowing that within 3-5 business days you’ll receive expect at least 4-6 Original Design Concepts.


Tell us what you love, and perhaps what you want more of. This is where we ensure your logo is nothing less than perfect. You can rest easy safe in the knowledge that although we anticipate that we will get the look and feel right early on, our designers will make revisions to your concept to make your Logo perfect for your business.


Once you have approved the final design, we will finalise the logo and deliver it to you in various formats appropriate for immediate use in print, signage and electronic media.

Your Finished Design


You will be provided with high-resolution file formats once we finalise your design. These can be immediately used for print, web or film although we recommend for any print work that you consult your local printer for format requirements. Q: How do I order a logo through The Little Logo Lab (TLLL)?

A: Select any of the BUY NOW options on TLLL’s website and be guided through to our secure online payment and briefing system. Here, simply complete the creative brief, make payment and we begin your logo design - it’s that easy! If you’re still a little confused, feel free to get in contact with us by clicking here.

Q: When do you start working on my project?

A: Immediately, we commence work on the same day in which payment is made.

Q: When can I see my initial concepts?

A: The Little Logo Lab prides itself in being able to supply original concepts to our clients within 3-5 Business Days.

Q: What are concepts?

A: Concepts are the original ideas that our designers design for you during the design process.

Q: What are revisions?

A: Revisions are the modifications to your logo requested by you as our client.

Q: How many modifications I can suggest?

A: You have unlimited revisions/modification requests available to you if you purchase our $149 Logo Design Package. Otherwise, you will have 5x Design Revisions/Modifications for our ‘$99 Basic Logo Package. We want to ensure we you get exactly what you want every single time.

Q: What if I have my own idea for my brand’s logo?

A: Great! Give us as much detail as you can so that the concepts we produce match your ideas as closely as possible!

Q: Who claims the right of the logo once it is finalised?

A: All rights of the purchased logo belong to the purchasing client once we provide final files. Please remember that we do have the right to display all designed logos on our website (or partners) for sales and marketing purposes.

Q: Can you improve my existing company logo?

A: As long as you can provide a high quality file for the existing design, we are more than happy to improve on your current brand’s logo.

Q: Can I provide feedback/modification requests via phone or Skype?

A: In order to formalise the process, we ask that all feedback/revision requests are made in writing (email). This is in the best interest of clients and The Little Logo Lab to eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings. Based on years of experience, we have found email the best form of communication and allows us to provide the low prices we offer to our customers.

Q: Can I suggest specific fonts?

A: You can suggest a font, however we cannot guarantee that we supply that specific format. If this is the case, we will do everything we can to find the closest match.

Q: Is your service available to clients all over the world?

A: Yes, The Little Logo Lab supplies to the international market.

Q: How do I pay for my logo package?

A: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can still pay via Credit Card if you don’t have a Stripe account.

Q: Will my logo be of high quality, and in what format can it be delivered?

A: Your logo is designed in high resolution and delivered, via zip file, in the following formats: .AI (vector Editable) .EPS .PDF .PSD ( LAYERS ) .JPEG .TIFF .GIF .PNG, B/W Version. All formats allow you to have your logo printed on business cards, billboards, websites, stationery, signage, labels/packaging other uses like vehicle signage etc.

Q: Why should I give you my personal details?

A: We require your contact details so that we can maintain contact with you for the duration of the project. Your contact details are not supplied to third parties.

Q: Can I have more than one concept finalised?

A: Our package only allows for one finalised concept. If you require an additional concept finalised, there is a small fee of $49 per concept.
