How do I get started with a logo design?
Getting started is easy! If you know what you want just head over the the product and purchase the package that suits your needs. Or if you aren't sure and need some guidance Simply reach out to us via our contact form, and we'll guide you through our process, starting with a moodboard to understand your business better.

Logo Design
How long does the logo design process take?
The timeline for a logo design varies based on the complexity of the project and client feedback. Generally, it takes about 2-3 weeks from the initial consultation to final delivery.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
We provide up to four initial logo concepts for you to choose from, unless you purchased our budget logo in that case you will get 2. From there, we refine your preferred option based on your feedback until you're completely satisfied. (You have a limited amount of revisions depending on the logo you picked)
Will I receive the logo in multiple formats?
Yes, you will receive your final logo in various high-resolution formats suitable for both print and digital use, including PNG, JPEG, and vector formats like AI and EPS.
How do I order a logo through The Little Logo Lab (TLLL)?
Select any of the options on TLLL’s website and be guided through to our secure online payment and briefing system. Here, simply complete the creative brief, make payment and we begin your logo design - it’s that easy! If you’re still a little confused, feel free to get in contact with us byclicking here.
When do you start working on my project?
Immediately, we commence work on the same day in which payment is made or the next business day. You should hear from us within a max of 2 business days from your purchase.
When can I see my initial concepts?
The Little Logo Lab prides itself in being able to supply original, custom concepts to our clients within 2-4 business days.
What are concepts?
Concepts are the original ideas that our designers design for you during the design process.
What if I have my own idea for my brand’s logo?
Great! Give us as much detail as you can so that the concepts we produce match your ideas as closely as possible.
Who claims the right of the logo once it is finalised?
All rights of the purchased logo belong to the purchasing client once we provide final files. We reserve the right to display all designed logos on our website (or partners) for sales and marketing purposes.
Can you improve my existing company logo?
As long as you can provide a high quality file for the existing design, we are more than happy to improve on your current brand’s logo.
Can I provide feedback/modification requests via phone or Skype?
In order to formalise the process, we ask that all feedback/revision requests are made in writing via your client portal, and failing that email. This is in the best interest of clients and The Little Logo Lab to eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings. Please request a phone call if you need to discuss anything you are having trouble expressing in written form. Based on years of experience, we have found email the best form of communication.
Can I suggest specific fonts?
You can suggest a font, however we cannot guarantee that we supply that specific format. If this is the case, we will do everything we can to find the closest match.
Is your service available to clients all over the world?
Yes, The Little Logo Lab supplies to the international market.

Do you offer website redesign services?
Absolutely! Whether you need a complete overhaul or just a few updates, we can help redesign your website to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.
What platform do you use for web design?
We specialise in designing websites on popular platforms like WordPress and Shopify, ensuring they are easy to manage and update.
Pricing and Payments
How much does a custom logo design cost?
Our custom logo designs start at $199 AUD. We also offer branding packages that include additional services at competitive rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full details are provided at the time of payment.
Do you require a deposit?
For smaller projects and any bought directly on the website full payment up front is required. We typically require a deposit to begin the design process for larger projects like website design, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Can I have more than one concept finalised?
Our package only allows for one finalised concept. If you require an additional concept finalised, there is a small fee of $100+gst per concept.
Support & Revisions
How many revisions are included in the design process?
Our packages include a set number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions can be accommodated if needed, for a small extra cost depending on the scope.
What if I need changes to my logo or website after it's completed?
We offer ongoing support and are happy to make updates or changes to your logo or website as your business evolves. Just contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
